So, here's the deal of why I give JumpFly 5 stars! Transparently in the very beginning it was a little bumpy. We are not what you would call an easy client. We have a very... specific approach and audience we like to target. At first, our team and Jumpfly's team were not on the same page as far as strategy, goals desired, communication to us, how to target the market we were going after etc.However, Jumpfly realized that immediately as well and adapted! What more can you ask for in a company right? The desire to make it right and serve their clients with excellence is so important and it shows with JumpFly! Leadership literally jumped in and changed the whole team that was assigned to our company and EVERY SINGLE PERSON involved has been so proactive and adapting as needed to not only meet our desired metrics, but exceed them. We have used Jumpfly for several years and they continue to do an excellent job. Initially they set up and managed our traditional Google Adwords account, then they suggested a... Re-marketing campaign, which was added. About a year ago we launched a Google Shopping Campaign and both conversion rates and cost per conversion improved dramatically.Most recently we ran into a problem with the shopping campaign after Google made some changes and the campaign stopped running . My Jumpfly client support rep , Jeremy jumped in to address the problem. After almost two months and numerous conversations with Google and our website host he was able to resolve the issue. The entire time he worked on the problem he did not charge us since the campaign was not running - now that's customer service.Over the years we've used several internet companies for SEO etc. many of which offer paid search services but not once did the thought of switching from Jumpfly for paid search marketing come up.
