Search Engine Advertising, specifically Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising is today’s fastest growing individual segment in advertising, and already a multi-billion dollar industry. Each day PPC advertising attracts more and more companies to join the over one million advertisers currently using Google AdWords nationwide to promote their businesses online. Participating advertisers are attracted to PPC advertising due to the highly targeted traffic available through exposure to Internet users searching for their specific products and services. This powerful method of advertising is however very complicated to optimize without the necessary knowledge, experience, and ongoing management. This is where JumpFly fits in the picture.
ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking highly motivated, intelligent individuals to assist our world class account executives in our Elgin, IL office. Our assistants team up and work directly with our account managers so they can be the most productive possible with their time spent at JumpFly. As our account managers work with each client to determine their progress and strategy, the assistant is there to get the work done behind the scenes. Much of the day is spent accomplishing a wide variety of interesting tasks using the computer. Assistants work with text ads and keywords using Excel, Word and the platforms at Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and Facebook to accomplish different tasks for their account manager each day. We are looking for people that are accurate and efficient with grammar, spelling, cutting/pasting/copying, and working with data between multiple windows and applications. Also, assistants must be able to communicate clearly with their account manager to handle each day’s tasks and priorities. The important relationship developed between each account manager and assistant will greatly impact the output of the team itself. Daily activities of the assistant include the complete process of setting up new clients, performing different tasks for current clients, properly managing priorities and communication, writing and analyzing ad copy, monitoring reports and budgets, executing changes to achieve better results, staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, and much more. Our assistants are encouraged to always keep learning to improve and master different skills. Assistants here at JumpFly are considered an invaluable part of the team.

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
– College Degree
– Best to Have Background in Internet Business, Advertising, Marketing, Admin/Exec Assistance
– Highly Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and Internet Browsers
– Excellent Business Communication Skills – Both Verbal and Written
