JumpFly is a well established digital advertising agency strictly focused on managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Advertising and Bing Ads campaigns for businesses spending between $5,000 and $500,000 per month across these platforms. For over 15 years, we’ve focused on providing our clients with the best team of PPC professionals available in the industry. Our team of over 35 is seasoned and earned a reputation second to none. To continue our growth, we are seeking a critical new person to join our team.

The Director of Sales and Marketing is a top-level position located in our Elgin, IL office. This person will be responsible for everything regarding JumpFly sales and marketing and report directly to the President. If you understand the digital advertising space and have years of experience leading sales from the ground up, this is an incredible opportunity. Below are some of the responsibilities expected at this position:

  • Determine all aspects of sales & marketing direction, strategy, and process.
  • Oversee sales and marketing operations, business planning, forecasting, budget, and expenditures.
  • Develop objectives, policies, and systems to manage/monitor/evaluate results.
  • In consultation with leadership, hire, train, retain, discipline, evaluate and terminate the departmental team.
  • Work with our team to negotiate and close new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Supervise the creation of specialized literature, brochures, and presentations to support marketing effort.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships for advertising and marketing needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Create strategies for continued brand awareness, improved reputation and client retention
