Yahoo! Invites JumpFly to Participate in Traffic Quality Summit
JumpFly
was among an exclusive group of Yahoo! advertisers selected
to participate in Yahoo's
Traffic Quality Advisory Council. As part of an ongoing
effort to improve search quality for both users and advertisers,
Yahoo! held the Traffic Quality Council's first Summit on
July 18, 2007. JumpFly Vice President, Jack O'Donnell, spent
several days as Yahoo's guest at their Burbank, California
Campus. Council members were invited to share their valued
insight and feedback, as well as learn more about Yahoo's
initiatives designed to strengthen traffic quality. Yahoo's
selection of JumpFly to participate in this summit demonstrates
their valued relationship, and further confirms JumpFly's
industry leadership.
To help
maximize clients' results, JumpFly uses Yahoo! Conversion
Tracking, which also helps Yahoo! better determine the "quality"
of traffic provided by its search partners. Yahoo! calculates
"traffic quality" by using conversion rates and

advertisers receive a discount for that traffic. "It
was encouraging to see Yahoo! working hard to increase the

pricing model should provide advertisers more clicks for less
cost, ultimately resulting in a lower cost per conversion
for our clients."
As a member
of the Yahoo! Traffic Quality Advisory Council, JumpFly further
