Google visits the JumpFly offices every six months, which promotes a strong relationship between the two companies. Google’s Agency team consists of a Relationship Manager and two members of the Agency Development team. A Relationship Managers (RMs) role is to identify sales and business- development opportunities, be a JumpFly ambassador within Google, and introduce new Google products, while the Agency Development members suggest optimizations for existing accounts, handle enrollment in any beta programs, teach the ins and outs of new products, and serve as a link between Google technical support and JumpFly.

Google’s RM spent time with co-owners Brad Garlin and Mike Tatge, discussing where JumpFly fits as a Pay-Per-Click Agency within Google, as well as giving a high-level overview of upcoming changes and trends that are coming within AdWords.

Much of the afternoon was spent with the JumpFly team, training on the many changes that have launched in recent months, as well as discussing the new beta programs that are coming. The RMs also spent time fielding questions from the JumpFly team as well as cataloging requests and suggestions that would make Google AdWords more useful.
