CLIENT SERVICES/ ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, intelligent individual possessing past experience with Google AdWords and Yahoo! Search Marketing accounts for a Client Services/Account Executive position in our Elgin, IL office. After proper training, this entry level position is responsible for all aspects of the client/vendor relationship, and will serve as the direct contact for assigned clients. As the client’s direct point of contact the account manager is expected to professionally represent JumpFly and quickly resolve any issues, concerns or changes that become necessary over time. Daily activities may include setting up new clients, dealing with client issues, managing client expectations, keyword analysis, writing and analyzing effective ad copy, maintaining desired budgets, account analysis to determine changes to achieve better results, staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge and much more.This position is unmatched in terms of potential for the right go getter looking to constantly learn and improve. REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Related Field
- High Level Client Services Experience

CLIENT SERVICES/ ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
We are currently seeking highly motivated, intelligent individuals to assist our world class account executives in our Elgin, IL office. Our assistants team up and work directly with our account managers so they can be the most productive possible with their time spent at JumpFly. As our account managers work with each client to determine their progress and strategy, the assistant is there to get the work done behind the scenes. Much of the day is spent accomplishing a wide variety of interesting PC related tasks.
JumpFly Account Executive Assistants work with text ads and keywords using Excel, Word and the platforms at Google, Yahoo! and Microsoft to accomplish different tasks for their account manager each day. We are looking for people that are accurate and efficient with grammar, spelling, cutting/pasting/copying, and working with data between multiple windows and applications. Also, assistants must be able to communicate clearly with their account manager to handle each day’s tasks and priorities. The important relationship developed between each account manager and assistant will greatly impact the output of the team itself. Daily activities of the assistant include a wide range of processes required when setting up new clients: data entry and manipulation, performing different tasks for current clients, properly managing priorities and communication, writing and analyzing ad copy, monitoring reports and budgets, executing changes to achieve better results, staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge and much more. Our assistants are encouraged to always keep learning to improve and master different skills. Assistants here at JumpFly are considered an invaluable part of the team. This is a critical position that must be filled by somebody with amazing attention to detail, who takes great pride in his or her work.
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking self motivated individuals who are interested in cold-calling for JumpFly. Qualified individuals must have a thorough understanding of our service and how it benefits clients. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Working with JumpFly provides many unique benefits and tremendous financial potential. For sales associates, work schedules can be quite flexible, enabling reps to work as many or few hours as they would like.
